The Northern Lights After Dark Photo Experience

Imagine, you and your partner get an alert on your phone from your Aurora app, followed by a text from us saying, “It’s time to get ready and head out to the spot, we’re going Northern Lights hunting!”

Or maybe we’re already photographing your wedding and there’s a chance to see the Northern Lights, so we stick around extra late, or keep in touch as the data comes in and go hunting on your wedding day—is there a better way to end your wedding day than seeing these elusive lights dancing above your head?!

This little GIF of Mike sitting on my car in the middle of the night With Lady Aurora dancing about our heads was during the most insane Northern Lights show I’ve ever witnessed.

I’ve been chasing the Auroras since I was a Teen, seen them in Alaska, Canada and this show still beat out all of them. This was the once-in-a-lifetime type of experience that inspired me to move forward with this idea of after-dark portraits.
