2-Day Adventure Elopement Timeline With Guests

 
 
 
 

Day 1

Adventure Just the Two of Them, Followed by Handfasting Ceremony (10 hrs)

8:45 am — Meet at Glacier Guide Headquarters

-Prepare for adventure and check in with the guides

9:00 am — Head out on the ice climbing adventure

-Candid + documentary photos along the way

-Epic rappelling shots of you both climbing, cozy photos in gear, and some posed photos without gear (if allowed)

-Snack break at some point

5:00 pm — Arrive back at the parking area

-Rest + touch-ups before the ceremony on location

5:45 pm — Handfasting ceremony

6:00 pm — Ceremony wraps | family photos begin

6:45 pm — Photo coverage ends

 

Day 2

Adventure Just the Two of Them (3 hrs)

12:30 pm — Meet at Airport

-Check in and prepare for the flight

1:00 pm — Take off

-Documentary photos during the flight

2:00 pm — Glacier Landing

-Take it all in, then private vows

3:00 pm — Arrive back at the airport

3:30 pm — Photo coverage ends.

 
 
 

8-Hour Elopement Adventure and Ceremony With Guests Timeline

 
 
 

Adventure Just the Two of Them, Followed by a Ceremony with Family and Friends (8 hrs)

2:00 pm – Cass arrives at the cabin for getting ready photos (candids, details)

2:30 pm – C gets into her dress and G get’s into his wedding attire

2:45 pm – C leaves with Cass and G leaves with Mike to State Park (15mins)

3:00 pm – First look

-G is already in position with 2nd photographer facing away

3:15 pm – Head out on Falls Loop hike (30 mins)

3:40 pm – Wrap up, hike out and leave for 2nd location (50 mins)

4:30 pm – Photos at 2nd location

-Champagne Pop

5:15 pm – Wrap up photos and head back to the cabin

6:00 pm – Arrive back at the cabin and prepare for the ceremony

6:15 pm – Ceremony

6:45 pm – Ceremony ends, group photos begin

7:00 pm – Wrap up all post-ceremony photos

7:15 pm – Dinner

8:15 pm – Cake

8:30 pm – Garrett and Chelsey go out quickly for sunset photos on the beach.

9:01 pm – Sunset

9:30 pm – First dance by fire

10:00 pm – Wrap up all photos, photo coverage ends.

 

8-Hour 2 Person Hiking Elopement Timeline

 
 
 

Hiking Adventure and Vows Just the Two of Them (8 hrs)

1:30 pm – Meet on location at the parking area by the trailhead

-getting ready on location(candids/details)

1:45 pm – Wander around the area for a few photo ops before the hike

2:00 pm – Start hiking up the trail

-Stopping along the way when we find the perfect spot to say your vows!

-Photos with epic mountains

-Reflection photo by Alpine Lake

-photos hiking in your wedding attire

5:00 pm – Setup picnic & cake

-Must be in designated picnic area only

5:15 pm – Eat, chill, and soak it all in!

6:30 pm – First dance around sunset, when it feels right

7:00 pm – Sunset photos

-optional: lanterns/ fairy lights

8:53 pm – Nautical Sunset

9:30 pm – Wrap up, photo coverage ends

 

4-Hour 10 Guests Short Hiking Ceremony and Adventure Timeline

 
 
 

Short Hiking Ceremony with Guests, Followed by Just the Two of Them Hiking and Canoeing (4hrs)

2:45 pm – Cass + 2nd photog arrive at Gunflint Lodge

-Sister photo with M

-L final getting ready details

3:00 pm – L + M first look

-Exchange gifts

3:15 pm – L + M are tucked away and prepping for the ceremony

3:20 pm – Everyone meets at the trailhead

3:30 pm – Ceremony

4:00 pm – Ceremony wraps & group photos begin

-Champagne toast (since coverage ends before dinner with this timeline)

4:30 pm – Wrap up group photos

4:45 pm LeeAnn + Matt couple photos

5:15 pm – Hike to overlook (20mins)

5:40 pm – Arrive at the overlook, photos during this time

6:20 pm – Wrap up photos and hike back down (about 10 mins down)

6:30 pm — Canoe paddle on the lake at sunset

6:43 pm – Sunset

6:45 pm – Wrap up, photo coverage ends
