Greysolon Ballroom Wedding

The Greysolon Ballroom is an iconic wedding venue in Duluth, MN, offering a luxury backdrop for couples seeking a touch of elegance for their wedding day. For Meaghan and Eric, this historic location became the cornerstone of their wedding day journey. There’s no better place to host a winter wedding in Duluth than Greysolon in my opinion.

After tossing up the idea of a destination wedding, Meaghan and Eric ultimately decided to do a wedding in the area where their families grew up. Remembering how beautiful Greysolon in Duluth was from when they attended a wedding there a few years before their engagement, they knew they had to do their wedding there. The Greysolon Ballroom perfectly encapsulated their vision for their day with its timeless architecture, chandeliers, and ornate detailing, it really set the stage for their day. The couple exchanged vows in the grand Moorish Room, surrounded by their family and friends.

The Greysolon Ballroom's attentive staff ensured that every detail was meticulously executed, leaving the couple and their guests free to enjoy the day.

You know it’s not a Narrowleaf Photography kinda wedding without some photos on Lake Superior, even in the winter! We adventured to a local beach near Duluth where Meaghan and Eric had their first look and later their bridal party and families met us there for their formals. From there Meaghan, Eric, Mike (my 2nd photographer), and myself all headed out for a pre-ceremony adventure. We hiked along the trail to an iconic overlook along the river, here Meaghan and Eric had read their private vows to each other in the most honest and beautiful way. With only nature as their witnesses (we had our long lenses on and couldn’t even hear them!).

Meaghan and Eric’s Greysolon Ballroom wedding was a day to remember—a perfect blend of elegance, love, and adventure. The historic venue, with its enchanting ambiance, provided the ideal setting for the couple's union.
